All products from Wild Ivy Designs Co. are handmade and we strive for the best quality products and customer service. We want all of our customers to be pleased with their items, that being said if you have any questions at all before purchasing please feel free to contact us by email at info@wildivydesignsco.com. Please ALWAYS double check product descriptions & size charts to ensure you are ordering the right size. We are not responsible if incorrect sizing is chosen. RETURNS

We do not accept returns, unless there has been a mistake on our part & is decided on a case by case basis. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@wildivydesignsco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
