Shipping policy

Please see our current turn around time before placing orders. Orders will always be shipped within the stated turn around time. TAT consists of business days ONLY (no weekends or holidays). 

Please expect a 5-8 business day transit time after your order has shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS. Upon order fulfillment, you will receive a tracking number.

Once an order has shipped, Wild Ivy Designs Co. is no longer responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, damaged or stolen. If your INSURED package is lost or arrives damaged please contact us at info@wildivydesignsco.com & provide pictures.
