Annual Extended Commercial License (Full Shop Rights)

 This ANNUAL extended license must be purchased in ADDITION to the file(s) you want to use commercially.

This license only applies to small size business (up to two employees, including the owners).

If you are a larger retailer please contact us for licensing options before purchasing our products.

There is no limit to how much you sell but you must repurchase this license annually if you want to keep on printing the same design after one year you bought it. This license is valid for one year counting from the design purchase date. After one year you don't need to buy the design again, just this listing.

The purchase of this item confirms the right of commercial use. No additional file will be sent.

The receipt of purchase is proof of license.

This license gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to make use of the design file purchased with the agreement of the terms of use.

✿Terms of Use:

✘You CANNOT re-sell, license, or redistribute for free the digital files. Examples Include but not limited to; reselling in ANY manner/gifting, uploading to sharing websites as Facebook Groups.

✘You CANNOT trace over my designs and claim as your own, nor create and sell new seamless patterns, clipart, digital paper, or scrapbook paper using any of the graphics/patterns

✘You may NOT use or share my designs on any print on demand/commercial websites such as (but not limited to) ; Zazzle, Cafepress, Screaming Owl, Amazon, Society6, Wayfair, SPOONFLOWER, Printiful, Alibaba, AliExpress, Zulilly, Wish, Shein, Jane.com etc .

✘YOU CANNOT create digital Products. Designs can be used to create FINISHED, PRINTED products (Shirts, cups, Bags, planner stuff, fabric, wall paper, etc).

• As all the items in the shop are digital downloads, we do not offer refund/ returns/ exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order or have any query.

• We do not refund this listing fully nor partially, be sure of your choice before purchasing.

• The buyer must have a knowledge of how to download files, open .zip files and handle image files.

• ONCE THE DESIGN HAS BEEN DOWNLOADED WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRINTING ISSUES.

• Please ALWAYS test the pattern yourself before using. Under NO condition will WildIvyDesignsCo be held responsible for any damages.

• Upon purchase, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased artwork.
